Managing Daily Life
Most RSI sufferers know how difficult it is to manage the everyday tasks that were once taken for granted. Simple things like reading a book or brushing your hair can be painful and frustrating. You need to find new ways of doing these things and cope with not being able to work as you once had.
RSI doesn’t have to mean the end of tasks you want to do or enjoy doing - it may simply require a new way of thinking. Try experimenting with tasks; if one way hurts, try another. Many RSI sufferers find that they tap into their creativity through inventing new ideas for undertaking old tasks.
